You there. Yes you reading this. You are smart. You are beautiful and you can handle anything that comes your way.

You’ve worked hard, pat yourself on the back, you deserve it. Maybe you haven’t worked hard, it’s okay, it’s never too late, start now. Make your story different the next year.

You’re tired, you’re exhausted, take a break. Rest. Give yourself a treat. It’s okay.

Smile more. Look for a reason to, or just do it anyway. Choose to be happy especially those days when all seems dark. True happiness comes from within.

Speak kind words to yourself. Love yourself more.

Be You. Be Happy. Spread some love.
